錦糸町はしご酒、1軒目でこちらへ。
かね子町田店が気に入ったことを思い出し訪問。
町田店は大衆的な雰囲気、錦糸町店は少しお洒落な雰囲気。
リモンチェッロ生ホッピーで乾杯。
ほんのり甘いレモンが爽やかな、飲みやすくて美味しい女子のホッピー。
まずは肉刺し2点盛り合わせ。
本来は3点盛り合わせだが、この日は鶏ももがないとのことでタン・ハツの2点盛り合わせに。
丁寧に低温調理されていて良い感じ。
続いてレバカツ、1本50円。
サクサク美味しいレバカツは大きくてボリュームあり、デミグラスのようなソースも美味しい。
ここでサングリア赤を。甘くてゴクゴクいける美味しさ。
イタリアンなもつ煮込みは大きさが3種類、小をいただいた。
塩煮込みにジェノベーゼが溶け込んだもつ煮込みはその組み合わせに感動、美味しくてハマる。
これは必食。
大根おでんポルチーニは、ほど良く出汁の染み込んだ大根にポルチーニがばっちり香るクリームがオン。
大根の汁気にポルチーニが負けるのではと思ったが、汁気はそれほどでもなくしっかりポルチーニを楽しめた。
これも美味。
ハツ、シロ串はイタリアン仕様ではなく普通だった。
シロは焦げ目が結構苦かった。
今回もイタリアンにアレンジされた創作料理に満足。
料理も飲み物もとても豊富なので、またいろいろなメニューを試しに来たい。
