味噌ソムリエ厳選の味噌を！お通しは少量味噌汁の飲み比べ
2019.07下旬。火曜日21:00前。二次会です。
この時点でほぼほぼ席は埋まっており、
カウンターとテーブル席が1卓空いていました。
カウンターも素敵❤と思いましたが、上司が
おりましたので、テーブル席で落ち着くことに。
4名席に無理くり5名(￣▽￣;) テーブルの大きさ等
余裕があり、手狭感はありませんでした。
「味噌と日本酒」だけに、エントランスから和の
雰囲気があり、日本酒も良く、行き当たりばったりで
出会ったお店でしたが、非常に大当たり過ぎるお店。
味噌は、味噌ソムリエが厳選した全国の味噌を
様々なお料理・お味噌汁に使い、提供して下さって
いる模様。
日本酒メニューは常時20種以上、常に旬の日本酒を
用意し、様々な楽しみ方を提案しているとの事。
確か、お通しに少量の味噌汁2種だったかな。
赤椀)北海道の味噌。黒椀)岩手の味噌。
とてもユニークですよね⤴︎ ⤴︎⤴︎
つまみは、日本酒によく合う渋いものが多く、
当然お味もGood。
少し離れたところに姉妹店で「藏 みそら屋」が
あります。今度、そちらも行ってみよう❤

とっても日本酒が飲みたくなり、錦糸町なら
雰囲気もいいコチラかな？と訪問。
お通しのお味噌汁は、
・長野 ふくさ仕立て
・岩手県南部味噌
とのこと。
日本酒は九頭龍 純米を。
さすがに空いてました。落ち着いてカウンターで
ゆっくり飲めた\(*ˊᗜˋ*)/♡ﾔﾎｰ
やっぱりいいね❤
