錦糸町にあるみそら屋はなれに行ってきました＾＾
ここは居酒屋です。
友人と飲み放題つきで税込5,000円のコース料理を堪能しました。
9種類の料理が出てきたのですが、中でも飲み放題である日本酒と合うな～と感じたのが
・ナスの味噌田楽
・サバのみそ煮
・味噌漬け唐揚げと甘エビの唐揚げ盛り合わせ
でした。
すべてが美味しかったのですが、強いて言うなら上記の3種類が美味しかったです。
ナスの味噌田楽に関しては皮がとにかく柔らかく余すところなくすべて食べられます。見た目は味噌の味が強そうなイメージですが、ナスの味もしっかりと楽しめ満足です。
サバのみそ煮に関してはも～うベストな味付けでした。どうやったらここまで柔らかくなるの？と感じるほど柔らかく、ほんのり甘い味噌味がついていました。日本酒が合うこと合うこと。最初は店員さんがおススメの日本酒を飲んでいたのですが、やはり他の種類のお酒と比べると度数が高いので、最終的にはどの銘柄を飲んでも同じ味に思えてきます…
しかしキレがある！とか甘い！とかそのような違いであればある程度判断できました。
味噌漬け唐揚げに関しては素晴らしいの一言です。唐揚げに味噌味をつけるか！と思ったことは人生で一度もないですが、ここまで唐揚げのジューシーさと味噌の深い味わいがマッチするのは他にあまりないと思います。
注文は基本的にタッチパネルで行うので、その都度店員さんを呼ばなくてはならないという手間もありません。
