今日は、錦糸町駅前プラザビル8階の中華料理「GINZA過門香」さんへコース予約で伺いました。
こちら、錦糸町駅目前で立地はとてもいいです。
18時から予約で、9,000円飲み放題のコースです。
前菜、ふかひれ茶碗蒸し、小籠包、豚、海老焼売、黒酢酢豚、麻婆豆腐丼、杏仁豆腐
そんなコースでしたが、味が町中華とは大きく異なり、久々に本格中華を食べた気がします。
豚焼売！肉の量がとても多く、口の中で豚肉が爆発します！黒酢酢豚、酢豚はかりっと揚げてあり
必要以上に黒酢を絡めず、上にかけてあるだけ！これがサクッとした食感を残しつつコクのある黒酢がうまく絡んで絶品でした。煮魚、麻婆豆腐ライス、これは胡椒の効いた麻婆豆腐で辛いけどとても美味しい！
最後の杏仁豆腐デザートも２種類あって、ひとクラス上の美味しさです。
飲み放題は、サッポロ黒ラベル、紹興酒、レモンサワーとたくさん頂きました。
多人数の宴席にも対応している個室があり、立地も含めとてもいいお店だと思います。
