還暦オヤジの錦糸町居酒屋巡り11店舗目は、鮮魚の原始焼き、炉端焼き、土鍋ご飯が売りの此方。
お店は南口を出て歓楽街と住宅地の境目辺り。2階建ての住宅を改装し、コロナ禍真っ只中の2020年7月にオープン。
厨房を囲むようにコの字型のカウンター席に案内。スタッフは焼き担当を含め男性3人と配膳担当の女性2人の陣容。客層はカップル、女性同士と若年層が多いようです。
注文は以下の通り。
鶏レバ刺し 590円
低温調理された鶏レバはレア感も有り後引く濃厚さ。
里いも塩バター焼 540円
バターを乗せて焼いて塩をかけただけですが、ねっとり甘味増し。塩加減も良し。
豚タン炙り 880円
1頭から200gしか取れない希少部位だそうで。コリコリと香ばしく後味はさっぱり。
サーモンハラス焼 760円
脂が乗って甘い。
うにいくら煮玉子 760円
玉子の黄身の上に雲丹、イクラを乗せただけですが意外に合います。家で簡単に作れそう。
シマホッケ 800円
適度な塩味と魚の持つ甘みが堪らない。
注文した料理は概ね美味しく、価格も相応だと思います。
鮮魚や野菜を囲炉裏でじっくり焼き上げる原始焼き。シンプルな調理方法ですが、素材の良さと職人さんの腕にかかる所が大きいと思います。
平日の夜にもかかわらず、後からお客さんが入ってこられるのは評価されているからでしょう。
2店舗目も出店されるそうなので勢いが有るお店のようです。次回機会が有れば土鍋ご飯を頂いてみたい。ご馳走様でした。
