日曜日に東京へ足を運びランチへ。
行ったお店は月と亀さん。2023年カレー100名店に
選出されています。
その為かオープン直後にお店着いた時にはすでに10人
程の並びが。
待っている間月と亀さんの情報など調べていました。
月と亀さんのお店が有る深川の地名が入った
深川インド定食という名の和製のミールスを提供
しているとの事。
50分程待ち、入店です。
待っている間注文済ませていたので程なくして料理が来ました。
頼んだメニューは
・ポークビンダルー定食
・えびとパクチーのカレー小鉢
ライスが十穀米なのが和を感じます。
提供してもらった時に教えてもらった
メニュー裏の美味しい食べ方の通りに食べて行きます。
ラッサム以外のカレーを全てライスの皿に盛り、
まずは個々のカレーを楽しみます。
全てのカレーが美味しいです。ポークビンダルーと
えびとパクチーのカレーが特に甲乙付け難い旨さで、
パパドを振りかけたり、ラッサムに浸して食べたりしながら、最後は全て一緒に混ぜ合わせていただきます。
食べ進めるうちにスパイスが効いてくるのも合わさり
実に美味しく完食する事が出来ました。
自分の中でまた絶対に行きたいお店の上位にランクインした月と亀さんでした。
