錦糸町駅前のアルカキットに新規オープンしたこちらの店に行ってみた。
牛たんの薄焼きに浅漬け、青唐辛子の味噌漬け、そして麦飯にテールスープというのは、牛タン定食でおなじみのラインナップ。
ただこの店ではとろろがついていなかった。麦とろに牛たんの組み合わせが好きなので、これは残念。追加メニューも見当たらない。
牛たんは美味しい。スープの味は好みと少し違う感じ。
フライ類と組み合わせた定食や牛たんハンバーグもあるので、より多くの客層をターゲットにしている印象だった。
