A shop that I casually entered in Kinshicho. Yakiton was a specialty and the entrance was like a chain store, so I entered without having high expectations. There were a number of products that overturned my imagination in a good way, and I was beaten by the first tongue sashimi and other sashimi platters! The texture makes you feel the freshness that you can't think of as if it was cooked at a low temperature, and the taste is also matched with green onions! It was insanely good. It seems that there are 4 restaurant now, but it was a store that I am looking forward to in the future.
