錦糸町で仕事を終え彷徨っていると、『アジアカレーハウス』の並びに見慣れぬ新店発見。
『インドハラールキッチン』
2022年4月3日オープン。
じょいっこさんの先行レビュー（さすが！）によるとオーナーは『アジアカレーハウス』の息子さんらしいです。
カウンター6席の店内。
『アジアカレーハウス』よりはゆったりして落ち着きます。
もちろんオーナーはバングラデシュ人なのですが、
『インドハラールキッチン』を名乗るだけあってメニューはナン&カレーのインド寄りがメイン。
ただし写真を見る限り、ビリヤニだけはガッツリバングラデシュ式みたいですね。
オーダーは自ずと決まりました。
★スペシャルビーフビリヤニセット¥1300
ビーフビリヤニに加えタンドリーチキン、チキンカレー、サラダ、ドリンク、デザートがセット。
こりゃ凄い。
ビリヤニに合わせるドリンクといえばコーラですよね。
パラフワに炊かれたビリヤニはバングラデシュの小粒米チニグラ米を使用。
さすがはバングラデシュ人による、バングラデシュ人のためのビリヤニ。
ついてきたタンドリーチキンが意外に美味く、解してビリヤニに混ぜていただきました。
さらにチキンカレー。
クリーミーじゃなくサラリとスパイシー。
もちろん、ビリヤニにかけていただきます。
これは満腹度高いぞ・・・
と思っていたらシェフが一言。
「ビリヤニおかわり？」
なんと、チニグラ米のビリヤニがおかわりOKだったんです。これは貴重！
けれどお腹いっぱい（笑）
チニグラ米メッチャ食べたい人に超おススメですよ。
