醤油らぁ麺 800円
料理・ドリンクの評価：
スープの出汁は鶏ガラ中心で、雑味もない。カエシの醤油は控え目で、甘味も感じられるスープでゴクゴク飲める塩分濃度。また、鶏油の香りも感じられた。
麺は細いストレート麺。加水率は低く、程良い弾力と歯切れの良さが特徴的で自分の嗜好と合っていて美味しかった。
具は低温調理された豚肩ロース肉と鶏ムネ肉、刻みネギ、穂先メンマ。
豚肩ロース肉はやや薄めだが、旨味もあり美味しい。
鶏ムネ肉はややパサつきが感じられた。
穂先メンマは柔らかく美味しい。
刻みネギは白い部分と緑の部分、両方使っているのは珍しい。
店内・サービスなどの評価：
内装はシンプルで一般的なラーメン店とは異なる。
清掃はきちんとされており、清潔感がある。
接客は良く、好感が持てた。
