いつもは新潟産の真鴨を使ってるけど、入荷できなかったそうで宮崎産に。
シェフは心配してたみたいだけど、血の味が濃くてよかった。
新潟産の網取鴨が全然入ってこないらしく、宮崎産の鴨がもうすぐ入ると聞いたので来週も予約した。
山鳩、レバーが美味かった。カレーみたいな風味になってた。
ヤマシギの頭、なんであんなに臭くて旨いのか。
羊の脂が超美味しい！パスタが素晴らしい！わざわざ平井まで来たのでお値打ちに食べられました！
