レストランコバヤシ。フレンチ。平井。
かなり以前に行ったお店で記憶を頼りに記載している。
こんなところにフレンチのお店があるの？と思える、レストランの経営にとってはかなり不利な立地でがんばっているお店。今でも続いており、しかも食べログで上位にいることを考えるとすごいなあと感嘆してしまう。
比較的カジュアルで入りやすいフレンチ。地元に根差して営業しているアットホームな感じだった。
ランチで食べたが、正直その当時は、これといって印象に残るお皿やサービスではなかった（そういう意味ではぜひ再訪してみたい）。メインの肉料理もソースはいたって普通のでき。味付けはしっかりしていてボリュームがある。近くにあれば重宝できるお店だと思った。

17年ぶりの再訪。以前と変わらない立地。クラシック調だが、アットホームな雰囲気。
6300円のランチコースをいただいた（税込み、サービス料10％別）。おまかせのFixのコース。

鹿肉のカルパッチョ
はまぐりとムール貝の白ワイン蒸し、チーズ、パパイヤ
カサゴのロティ、舌平目のムニエル、オリーブ
牛頬肉の赤ワイン煮込み
ココナッツのブランマンジェとシャーベット（デザートは5品から選べる）
ハーブティ
王道のフレンチ。キッシュはとろとろの玉子でベーコンの脂と相性が良い。鹿肉のカルパッチョは、燻製したかのような香り。濃厚な赤身の旨味が凝縮した逸品。小さいながら旨味が凝縮したモンサンミシェルのムール貝はシンプルな調理。カサゴは皮目がパリパリ。頬肉は濃厚な赤ワインのソースでクラシカルな料理に仕上がっている。パンも美味。特にバゲットは皮目のサクサク感と中のもっちり感がとてもおいしかった。
サービスは残念。ちゃきちゃきしすぎで、雑に感じる。カトラリーの並べるときなど、しゃっしゃっと勢いが良過ぎで、危なかしいしまっすぐに揃っていない。受け答えも雑で落ち着きや品格が感じられない。他が良いだけに残念。
