久しぶりにフレンチ
コロナ自粛で二年半ほど外食を自粛していたが我慢しきれずレストランコバヤシへ。いやぁ久々のフレンチ、見て美しく食べて美味しいフレンチに魅了された一夜でした。小林シェフの料理に感銘を受けて全員で大満足。他の人達は赤のピノノワールが格別に旨いと称賛しておりましたが私は訳ありで酒を口にすることができませんでした。しかし狙いは料理だったので大満足です。
フレンチのお店としては外せない一店ですね
暫く前からその存在は知っていたのですが
なかなか行く機会に恵まれず「そのうち」と
言いながら今年になってもまだ「そのうち」
だったのですが･･･
世間は思うより狭いもので、ある人からの
ご招待で訪問することになりました。
実はその二ヶ月ほど前にも「今夜空いてます？」
と突撃訪問をしておりましたが、その時は
「アラカルトのみ」だったのです。
さて今回はフルコース、シェフ渾身のコースを
たっぷりと堪能してきました。
料理については他の人も書いている通りで
何を食べても実に美味しい。
この夜は計８皿でシェフも「少し多いかも」と
言っておりましたが、全員でぺろっと平らげました。
以前に行きつけだったお店のシェフからも
「すっごい食べますよね、それに食べるの早いし」
と呆れられているくらいなのでNo problemでしたね。
店内はとてもゴージャスで女子は喜びますね。
それにサービスプレートがお洒落なのにびっくり。
もしかしてあれはマイセンのブルーオニオン？
そうなるとどの皿も裏返して覗きたくなってしまう。
まぁマイセンの皿が出てきた時点で降参ですね。
そこへシェフの作った料理がこれまた美しい。
フレンチは皿に載せられた絵画でもあるわけで
これまた名作ぞろいなわけです。
そしてこちらのお店の佇まいときたら･･･
「え？こんなところに？」
という場所にポツンとあるわけですから
誰かを連れて行くにも相手の心中を慮ると
実に楽しいお店になるわけです。
どうやらお店も殆ど常連さんばかりのようで
和やかな雰囲気で落ち着いて食事ができます。
難を言うなら予約をしないとコースが食べられない。
持病もちなので予約を好まない自分にとっては
やや残念ではあるけれど、それに勝る魅力あるお店です。

コロナのお陰でだいぶご無沙汰していたが、久しぶりに美女二人を連れて訪問してきた。
安心して予約し、食べに行けるレストランだ。隠れ家的ポジションも気に入っている。
知合いのシェフが親しくしている店でもあり、そのシェフも絶賛する料理が提供される。
料理の味もさることながら、お皿がまた素晴らしい。
マイセンの剣マークが目に入ると、思わずニヤリと嬉しくなってしまう。
当然ながらマイセンの皿が良く似合う料理がでてくるわけで、写真を撮らずにいられない。
年に一度程度しか行けていないが、いつでも安定した美味しさを堪能させてくれる貴重な
お店であることは間違いない。
