平井という東京のはずれにあるフレンチ。評判が良かったので訪問してみました。
わりと小さなレストランで、話し声が店中に通る感じです。10000円のコースを予約しました。
どのお料理も凝っていて、レベルは高いです。1万円は安いと思います。
ザリガニのアメリケーヌ系ソースは僕の口には合いませんでしたが、魚料理の舌平目はムニエルでなく蒸したもので、レタスサラダのソースとマッチして美味しかったです。
メインの羊は大きいですが僕の好みではありませんでした。ジビエ系が得意のシェフのようですので多少クセのあるテイストが得意なのかもしれません。
パンも自家製のものが２つ。きちんと温めてありました。
サービスも心地良く、ワインも安いです。お酒が安いのはお財布に優しくてよいと思います。
たしかに評判が良いのが頷けるお店でした。
