美味そうなビジュアルに反して
そうでもないラーメンは多いが
そうでもないビジュアルなのに
けっこう美味いラーメンもある。
だがラーメンはこの2種類だけではない。
美味いのか、そこそこなのか、
そうでもないのか。
判断が難しいラーメンが美味かった時、
人はきっと「妙に美味い」と言う。
そうハッスルラーメンの塩は「妙に美味い」。
ありそうでない味だけど安心できる、
舌に心地良い味。
中の上よりも、もう少し上の美味さだと
俺は思うがしかし、このレベルの味には
なかなか出会うことはできない。
濃厚な豚骨スープに塩で味つけ。
見た目に反して淡泊ではなく濃厚な味わい。
でもコッテリしてない、クリーミーな仕上がり。
はっきり言って特徴はない。
抜きんでてるところもない。
ただ普通より優れてる。
すべてが「絶妙」といった感じ。
