こちら東京は西大島駅から亀戸方面に向かい歩いていくと左側に見つけられます。
緊急事態宣言前から気になっていたもつ焼きの名店。まずはホッピー、ナカは色付きです。
まずはガツ刺し、ニンニク醤油で。ホント新鮮で歯応えも素晴らしい！醤油が邪魔に感じだので、塩ニンニクでいただきました。これは確かに ハマります。
続くは煮込み。コブクロがたくさん入った白味噌仕立て。上品で味に奥行きがあります。繊細な味わいの煮込みでこれも美味い。
ラストは焼き物、カシラとナンコツとレバーを塩で。どれも臭みとは無縁、丁寧に炭火で焼き上げられ、煮込み同様、上品な美味さですね。
