手打ち蕎麦 銀杏@西大島
おしゃれなお蕎麦屋さんです。
オープンちょっと前の電話にて当日予約で入れましたが、どんどんお客さんが来ていたので予約しといて良かったです。
お蕎麦と一緒に蕎麦前も色々注文しました。
蕎麦前セット的なものがあったのでそちらと、かき揚げ、玉子焼きを注文。
お蕎麦は二八せいろと柚子切りの２色せいろと、季節の塩鴨汁せいろを十割そばでお願いしました。
かき揚げがあつあつサックサクで、一口めにして感動がすごい。
これはとてつもなく美味しい。
次回来たらお蕎麦と一緒に持って来てくださいと絶対に言おう。
玉子焼きもちょい甘めなので、大根おろしとよく合います。ふわふわでこちらも好み。
この日はお酒なしだったのですが、蕎麦前セットは完全にアテ笑
次はお酒飲みに来たいなぁ笑
麺の登場です。
二八せいろは結構な細麺です。
汁は甘みは少なめですが、細麺とよく絡んで美味しいです。
塩鴨汁せいろは見た目カラフルでとっても可愛い。
だがしかし、しょっぱい、、、
え、これは合ってるのか？？
しょっぱすぎて全然箸が進まない。
なので鴨は食べてほとんどなかった事にして麺つゆにて頂きました。
麺は二八より断然十割そば！！！
めちゃくちゃ美味しかった◎
一品ものもお蕎麦も美味しいのに、塩鴨汁せいろだけ、、、笑
普通の鴨せいろだったら美味しかったのだろうか？
でもお蕎麦とかき揚げの感動でこちらの点数です。
ぜひまた行きたいです。
