平井にあるトラットリア アマッザさんへ。カウンターのみの小さなイタリアンです。何故か「両隣り」が焼き鳥屋さんであります。ランチはメイン付き、コースなど色々あるようでしたが、パスタ好きの私にピッタリのメニューがありました。
■本日の生パスタ２種盛り合わせ（サラダ、パン、パスタ２品、平日のみドリンク無料）をオーダー。その他、白ワインなど。
本日の２種は、
①柚子の白ボロネーゼ
②小松菜ペーストと牛筋肉と野菜
う、美味い。。。
ランチに２品盛りのパスタを出す店としては、神谷町のダ オルモを思い出しますが、こちらの方がいいと感じました。食材の面白い組み合わせが新たな美味しさを生み出していまして、シェフの才長けた腕前を感じさせます。ブログを拝見すると、新たな食材への探求心など垣間見れて、おもわず見入ってしまいます。
パスタはサイトに載っている「オーダー毎に製麺する熟成極細タリオリーニ」でいいのかな？これはですね、とても美味しい手打ちの生パスタです。
平井周辺に住んでいるパスタ好きの方がいたら、耳かっぽじって聞いてください。。。これはマジ、チルチルミチルの青い鳥ですよ～。
