2016年夏頃まで足繁く通っていましたが、その後オーナーが変わり味が変わってしまって足が遠のいてしまっていました。ママお手製の60種類の漢方をブランドした麻辣スープに、30種類の素材を使ったドロっとした自家製ゴマだれが大好きだったのですが、新しい若いオーナーさんは辣油ベースのよくある火鍋。。
その後、都内の火鍋屋さんを巡り(本場台湾にも行きました)、あのママの味を求めたものの満足いくものに出会えず。
でも、ど〜うしても火鍋が食べたい！と思い久々に平井のお店にお邪魔したらまたオーナーさんが変わっていて、大好きだった漢方たっぷりの麻辣スープに戻っていました！！前のママよりもニンニク×生姜のパンチは控えめですが、たくさんの種類の漢方を惜しみなく使ったスープは漢方のうまみが美味しくて、お肉も野菜もペロっと食べてしまいました。煮込むほどに味が深まるあの感覚…やっと求めていた味に出会えました！
そして、コスパ最強です！！前よりお肉も野菜も全体的にボリューミーで、お酒も280円〜の高コスパ！
また通っちゃいそうです^^
