平井駅北口、1Fにローソンがあるビルの2階の奥から2軒目のお店です。
義妹が平井まで遊びに来てくれました。
本当は豊田屋に行こうと誘ったのですが、予約の電話をした11月上旬に、
「年内は予約でいっぱいです。子連れはご遠慮ください」と言われ、
代案でこちらのお店となりました。
日曜日の17:30スタートで最初の客。
18:00頃、あっという間に満席になりビックリ！
「コップが足りないから下げていいですか？」と
水を持ち去られそうになったり、サービスには
あまり期待できそうにもないなぁという印象で
前菜からスタート。どれもちょっと塩味がきつく
尖っていました。お酒が進む味付けです。
火鍋は3種類スープがあり、2種類を選びます。
中国四川麻辣スープとコラーゲン白湯スープにしました。
卓上コンロに火が入ると、途端に漢方のような香りが立ち上ってきて、
香りだけで体が温まりそうな気持になります。
具は一皿￥500以内がほとんどで量もほどほど。
少人数でもいろいろ食べられていいですね。
ぽん酢、胡麻だれと3種の薬味(香菜、大根おろし、分葱)でいただきます。
印象に残ったのはセロリ餃子。セロリは餃子の餡としても、
火鍋の具材としても合うんですね(*^_^*)
ぷりっとした歯ごたえの木耳や魚団子、いか団子もいい感じ。
お肉は薄いスライスで、凍ったまま出てきました。
トイレはお店の外にしかありません。
