亀戸駅周辺はホルモン屋多数で、かつ行列店が多いです。（行列店がオイシイとは限りませんが）
そんな中、上質なホルモンがいただけて、行列しなくて済む肉稀組さんは稀少な存在です。
牛ホルモンミックスからスタート、
・嫁泣かせ（牛の大動脈、関西ではコリコリ）
・シビレ（牛の胸腺）
・上ミノ
・ハチノス
なんかが入っています。味付けは塩、たれ、しょうゆ、みそから選べます。
全く臭みなく、ホルモンの部位ごとのうまみが楽しめます！！！
大阪でもここまでしっかりした処理をしているお店は少ないでしょう。
次は店員さんオススメの豚ホルモン。
・カシラ（頭部の肉）
・エンガワ（横隔膜、ハラミとも言う）
豚特有のニオイもなく、どちらかというと高級ラム肉っぽい味と食感です。
コレはイイ。
豚肉の焼き肉って関西人にはなじみありませんが、目から鱗です。
安くてオイシイのでイイと思います。
ハライッパイ食べて一人4千円ちょいですので、コスパも良いかもです。
