美味しいホルモンが食べられると聞いて。
特製の調味料で頂くのだけどこれがめちゃくちゃ美味しいのでなんでもこれで食べることになります。
お通し的な山盛りのキャベツはドレッシングが美味いのでサラッと無くなりました。
タン：小さめカットだけどジューシーで美味しい！
シマチョウ、マルチョウ：いちばん好き◎マルチョウは長〜い状態で焼いてチョキチョキして食べるスタイル。
筒みたいなマルチョウを切ると中のあぶらがぷるぷるっと丸まってめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。あっっついので注意！
ミノ：分厚くて食感がいい。
なんなん：柔らかめの軟骨で、初めて見たけどなかなか美味しいです。コリコリというかサクサク。
トロクジラのユッケ：全然クセがなくて食べやすくとろける食感で好きでした。甘いタレも美味しい。
レバー：ここのは結構食べやすい気がしました。新鮮なのか不思議なカットのおかげなのか。
チチカブ：おっぱいらしいです。やわらかくて美味しいです。
飲み物：キリンレモンマッコリ、ほんのり炭酸と爽やかなレモンがまったりした甘さに合う。もちろんお肉に合う。
ヤバい色の生梅干サワーもあって良かったです。
青唐冷麺：からいですよと教えてくれた割にほんのちょっとからいかな？くらいのかんじ。爽やかで美味しいです。
お店の方は対応アッサリしてますが通りすがりにお肉の面倒見てくれて優しいです。
2021年2月で喫煙できるお店でした！
焼肉だからどうせ煙は吸われるしありがたい。
