PR for restaurants |
[1 minute walk from Kameido Station] A sake bar in Kameido that takes pride in its Japanese sake and fresh Oyama chicken. There are also many rare sakes selected by sake sommeliers.
Our proud "Oyama Chicken" yakitori, slowly grilled over binchotan charcoal, is an excellent accompaniment to sake. The sake that goes well with it includes "Juyondai", "Jikom", "Densake", "Imi", "Koku |
My first time drinking alone in Kameido. I looked up Toyokichi in a magazine at a nearby bookstore during the day, and it was listed here. I checked Tabelog again and found out that it opens at 5pm. When I went to the front of the store at 5pm, it was closed. When I returned about 30 minutes later, it was open. It seems that the opening hours are irregular. There was a regular customer at the counter, so I sat at the counter and ordered a beer. The appetizer was smoked duck. It was good. Inside the store, there was a signboard with today's sake menu, and when I looked at it, there were many attractive sakes. First, I ordered Hanayoke Junmai Daiginjo, Toriwasa, and five skewers of selection Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) came with my favorite parts: liver, skin, meat, meatballs, and quail. It looked beautiful, but it was also well-grilled and very juicy. I also ordered a sake called Imi. The regular customers were also ordering sake, but the type was left to the staff. The staff seemed to know the customers' preferences and chose various types. For some reason, a movie was playing on the TV in the bar, and I was engrossed in watching it with a glass of sake in hand. This kind of casual and homey Sake Bars is nice. I also ordered Jungin Aizan from Ichihakusuisei, and Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and bonjiri yakitori. These were also delicious. I had a great night in Kameido.
