先日アド街で紹介されていたのをみて
平日の16時開店前に並んだ
4人でしか予約が取れないようで二人では並ぶしかない
口コミなどをみてみると開店20分前だと入れそうだが
30分前に来てみた
すでに1組2名待っていて二番手になった
その後続々並んで20人くらいの列になっていた
並ぶ場所はお店の前ではなく少し離れた場所
店の前に場所の案内は出ている
お店の方が10分前に今日は予約が多いので
1時間30分以上待つ場合があるとのアナウンスあり
二番手といえども初なので不安だ
16時になると店前で待機していた
予約している方たちが先に店内へ
そして一巡目に呼ばれたのは3組だけだった
かろうじて一巡目に入れた
本日頂いたのは
●ホルモン 塩
●シマチョウ 塩
●牛 塩タン
●タンシタ
●上ミノ
●シマチョウ 辛みそ
●ビビンバ麺
●もやしナムル
●キムチ
本日はなぜかレモンサワーがなかったので
生ビール、ホッピー、まっこりを頂いた
ミノ刺しと秒殺ロースもがなかった
シマチョウとホルモンが特にうまく
酒がすすんだ
〆のビビンバ麵もからくて美味しかった
提供が早くて満足度が高かった
新人の若いお兄ちゃんが頑張っていて好印象
