回転率あげるためなのか、2階の席の窓が割れていて、そこからの隙間風がすごく寒くて、食べても食べても、体が冷えてしまった。
お肉はほとんどに塩がふってあって、私には岩塩をかじってるように塩っぱかった…
一緒に行った人はちょうど良いと言ってましたので、好みなのかな…
塩振ってないお肉は美味しかったです。
でも、柔らかさとか質は良いのだと思うし、タレの他にもポン酢とか辛味噌とか選べる楽しさはありました。
ミノ刺しは限定食のようでしたが、これは美味しかったです。切った紫蘇とネギがまぶしてあり、上品な味でした。
