TGS久々新規開拓です。
独立系のスタンドそば屋さん。
新大橋通り沿い、都営新宿線西大島駅と住吉駅の中間あたり。
しかも住宅街ですね。立地はあまりよくないです。
運転手さんなんかがサッと立ち寄るのでしょうか？
店内は広々、TGSにしてはかなり広めの厨房。
券売機で山菜そばに追加で春菊天をポチり。
2分ほどでお待ちどー。
おつゆは濃いめのお色。甘み強めの柔らかい感じ。
東京ブラック。カエシの甘さの中にしっかりと出汁も効いてます。旨いです。甘め好みの方にはお勧め。
そばは茹で麺。でもボソボソ感なく、喉越しも悪くない。
具は少なめです。
春菊天は揚げおきです。形状は微妙、コロモ厚めでサイズも小さめです。
あまり春菊の香りも感じられず。こちらはやや残念。
