偶然見かけたお店
その素晴らしい風情に
予定外の急遽入店
L字のカウンターに広めの厨房と
今は無き「えちご」@押上や
「びっくりそば」@小村井を
彷彿とさせる店づくり
キレイなお姐様お独りで
廻してらっしゃいました
キツネそばにイカ天追加で
いただきましたぁ
食べやすいように
包丁の入ったイカ天が嬉しい
油揚げは出来相成れど
エグ味の少ないタイプ
主張が控えめなお汁は
おそばや天ぷらの
引き立て役に徹した存在
ふぅ、美味しかったぁ〜！
特筆すべきは
「五目ご飯」の存在
コレはいろんな解釈があるから
どんなモノが出て来るか興味津々
裏を返すのは必至です。
