江東区北砂にある蕎麦店です。
最寄り駅は都営新宿線大島駅になりますが駅から結構(３００ｍぐらい)離れています。
休日の昼に入店 かつ丼セット(800円)を注文しました。
ちなみにセットは時間帯に関係なく出されるようです。
蕎麦を食べた感想は全体的に優しい感じです。
汁は味も香りも弱い 蕎麦は色が白めで蕎麦の香りが弱めで柔らかい
タヌキ(揚げ玉)が沢山のっていましたが蕎麦の風味に勝ってしまうのでもう少し少ない方がいいかもしれません
→バランスはとれていますが(個人的には)もう少しイメージに残るものが欲しい所です。
せっとのかつ丼はカツが薄めで卵は火がしっかり通っている カツにもごはんにもしっかりと味がついていて蕎麦と対照的ですね。
