丸八通り、砂町から大島方面に
小名木川を越える橋のたもとにある
お店の前に掲げられたポップは
以前から気になっていたものの、
機会がなく、今回初訪問
昼飲みを奨めるのは近隣では
少数派ではないか
初回なので
ランチセットのうち、カツ丼とせいろを選択
出てきてビックリ！
初見は、これで800円でいいの？の水準
まずは、蕎麦から
濃いめ甘口のつゆ
しっかり氷水で締めたと思われる蕎麦
を浸けていただくと、
単体として旨い
厨房の気配から察するに
注文後に刻んだと思われる葱を加えると
バランスがよくなった印象
なるほど、気持ち多めだわね
３段階目は、多めにあるねり山葵も加えて頂いた
カツ丼は単品レベルのボリューム
昭和の頃は必須条件の沢庵が添えられてる！
カツを食べようとしてビックリ
なんと包丁が入らず 、一塊で卵にとじられておった
濃いめのつゆとのバランスを考えたのか？
単に忘れてしまったのかもしれんが
お店に聞いてないので
