銀座アスターの本店の料理長だった方が、修行の後に地元で始められたお店。
と言うのを知り、いつかは行ってみたいと思っていました。
今回は春巻き、餃子、麻婆茄子、唐揚げを注文。
癖のないマイルドな味付けで万人に優しい味。
確かに有名店だと、全ての人に向けられた上品な味だよなぁ。
と思いました。
美味しく、安価に頂ける良心的なお店。
二人で4,500円くらいかな。
