ものすごく優しいバランスと見せて、チャーシューと麺がめちゃくちゃキャラ立ってる。
どう考えてもこだわりの塊のような一杯なのに、口上がないどころか、雰囲気にも傲慢さを感じない。
町の中華料理屋のような雰囲気から、脱帽ものの一杯が現れた衝撃たるや。

出汁不足でもなく、塩気のオーバーシュートもない。
物足りなさは感じさせずにじんわりうまい、バランスが素晴らしい。
