ｃｒｅｗというｂａｒがあった場所にオープンしたイタリアン。
ピザ窯があるというのが売りだそうです。
店内はｃｒｅｗの時とテーブル位置などは同じ。
壁はちょっと手を加えてあるのかな？
しっとりと落ち着いた大人の雰囲気。平井らしくない（^^）
完全禁煙というもの平井では思い切っている。
ピザ窯は客に見えるようカウンター向こうに設置されていました。
かわいい小さな窯ですね。特注品だそう。熱源はガスです。
メニューは見易い。ページ毎に下記のように分かれている。
ドリンクページ以外はスッキリしていて選びやすいです。

まず生ビール。グラスで５００円税込。目測３５０ｍｌ。
ワインの種類はそんなに多くありません。もしかしたら
別にワインリストがあるのかもしれない。
グラスワインは５００円でおおよそ９0ｃｃ取り。よりちょい少ないかも。
ボトルは２８００円と３２００円の２種でした。
オーダーは前菜５種１３００円を。

少量多種のイメージですが量は予想よりあります。
それぞれの個性をいっぺんに楽しめてこれはお得。
メインは岩中豚のロースト１６００円にしました。
肉は約２００ｇ。ジャガイモもついているのでボリューミー。
非常に柔らかであるのに適度な弾力で口当たりがいいです。
ソースは事前に確かめれば良かったのですが塩胡椒でした。
素材の味を前面に出すいい味付けではあるのですが、
せっかくのイタリアンなのであれば手の凝ったソースで
非日常を楽しみたかったです。
ほぼミディアムの火入れですが無菌の特性を生かして
もうちょっとレア寄りでも個人的には良かったかも。
彩りという面で盛り付けはもう一工夫あるとうれしい。
店名の由来はオーナーシェフのお名前をイタリア語に文字ったもの。
