窯焼きのpizzaへの渇望が極限に達した火曜日。
ダメ元で当日19時〜の予約ができるか電話してみると、lucky⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ツイてました( ˊ̱˂˃ˋ̱ )2名オッケー！！
とうとう、ずーっと気になっていたリンシエメさんにpizza食べに行ける！
ミシュランでは6年連続ビブグルマン選出。
期待に胸が躍ります。
予約の19時に伺うと、お店は満席。
皆さん、すでに美味しそうなピザを囲んでワインを楽しんでおられ、店の奥にはオープンキッチンと立派な薪窯が見えています。洗練されたイタリアのレストランの雰囲気です✨壁には芸能人の方の写真もたくさん貼られていました。

カルパッチョはスパイスの効かせ方が絶妙で酸味とのバランスが素晴らしかった。ヒラメの身質もネットリとして旨味が感じられた。
pizzaは、まさに感動に値する生地。もちもちで噛み応えがあり、焦げ目具合が最高の焼き加減と、小麦の香りが引き立つ塩加減！
シチリアーニはフレッシュミニトマトがふんだんに使われていて、酸味が強めでジューシー。アンチョビの塩味と旨味は主張しすぎることなく必要な分だけ味を引き締めます。
クワトロフォルマッジも、間違いのない美味しさ。それぞれのチーズが上手に味を組み立てていき、完璧なバランスを生み出しています。
(蜂蜜は、+ 100円で頂きました。アカシア蜜でした。お好みかとは思いますが、私的にはクワトロフォルマッジは蜂蜜をかけると、やはりさらに美味しさがアップですね！欲を言えば、蜂蜜がかなり小さな小袋だったので、印象として大さじ1杯ぐらいしかなかった感じでめちゃめちゃ足りない(T . T)蜂蜜はもう少し欲しい。)
お店の人にオススメいただいた白ワインも、これまた最高✨飲み応えありですが、フレッシュで酸味のバランスが良く、チーズにこれでもかと言う位合いました！ワインがうまいからピザが進み、ピザがうまいからワインが進む。28センチサイズの大き目サイズですが、うますぎて食べる手が止まらず、あっという間になくなっていきます！気づいたら1時間位で全て平らげていましたΣ('◉⌓◉’)
お酒もお料理も提供のタイミングが完璧！
さすがの百名店連続選出、人気があるのも頷けます。
美味しくて、お店の雰囲気最高。
お会計は、ボトルワインが6500円だったと言うこともあり、2人で1万4000円位になりましたが、その価値のある、素晴らしい経験をさせていただいた一夜でした！
