本日は亀戸でのステーキランチです。
伺ったのは「鉄板焼ステーキコバ」です。
亀戸水神駅と大島駅の中間くらいにあるお店で、
亀戸駅からも徒歩圏内です。
都営バス竪川大橋北詰停留所の真前と言った方がわかりやすいかも。
こちらのお店ですが、ランチタイムは結構混雑していて、
何度かトライしたのですが断念、
今回は開店とほぼ同時に訪問して念願の初入店となりました。
今回は初めての訪問ということもあり、
「ランチDハラミステーキ100g」(900円)をオーダーです。
目の前でシェフが慣れた手つきで調理するのを見るのは、
心躍る瞬間ですね。
その間にサラダが出てきますが、こちらも丁寧な仕上がりで美味です。
ドレッシングも2種類あります。
さて、こちらがハラミステーキです。
サイコロステーキ風にカットされて出てきますので、
お箸で頂けて良いですね。
ソースもみそごま、しそ、バーベキューの3種類あって、
好みに合わせられます。
個人的にはしそが良かったです。
味の方は流石に専門店の味で、適度な歯ごたえとジューシー感がミックス、
食べ応えありですね。
特筆すべきはサイドです。
ご飯は大盛も無料でクオリティも高いですね。
浅漬けは好きなだけ頂けて、ご飯が進みますね。
お味噌汁も具沢山で良かったです。
お店の雰囲気もアットホームで寛げる感じです。
再訪は確定、次回はサーロインあたりでがっつりいきたいですね！
