木曜日の11:30に亀戸の『味苑』へ。
こちらは亀戸の老舗味噌店『佐野みそ』が手がけるお店。
店内には数多くの味噌樽が敷き詰められていて、圧巻の売場です。
「素おみそ汁と焼きおむすびのセット(713円)」を注文。
味噌汁のお味噌は6種類から選べます。
中甘濃厚の丹波黒大豆の「大和」をチョイス。
7分後到着。
お味噌汁を一口。美味い。
良いお出汁をベースに「大和」の濃厚な味噌の味が合わさり、上品な甘さもあるお味噌汁です。
素ほしえび、黒こしょう、パルメザンチーズをお好みで途中に投入できますが、個人的には何も入れない方が美味しいです。
焼きおむすびを一口。美味い。
焼きおむすびには「おかず味噌」の大葉味噌、鮭味噌、鴨葱味噌の3種類を付けていただきます。
大葉味噌はさっぱりした大葉の香り、鮭味噌は鮭の旨みがしっかり出てます。鴨葱味噌は独特なクセのある濃厚な味わい。
どれも焼きおむすびと絶妙に合います。
普通の焼きおむすびがこんなご馳走に変わるのは驚きです。
物販ゾーンには様々な発酵食品が並び、ついつい買って帰りたくなるようなラインナップ。
地元客だけでなく、観光客も十分楽しめる味噌専門店。
