平井にあるビルの4階ということで若干目立たないのかもしれないが、店内は清潔感があり、壁にもマニ車(祈りの車輪)が飾られているなど、雰囲気のあるお店。奥の席は窓から駅前が見下ろせて、眺望も悪くない。
「ダルバトセット」を注文。メニュー表は日本語でなんの料理かがわかるように書かれており非常に親切。まずサラダが運ばれ、その後ダルバートのプレートがやってきた。ご飯のほか、量はたっぷりある！
ダル(豆スープ・カレー)は比較的ドロっとしたタイプ。カレーはチキンが入っており、骨もなく食べやすい。ライスにかけて食べると美味しい！サーグ(青菜炒め)も味がよく、アチャール(漬物)は酸味のバランスが大変良い。
タルカリ(おかず)はジャガイモがごろっと入っており、混ぜて食べると食べ応えがあった。パパド(せんべい状のもの)も砕いて乗せ、味のアクセントになった。
全部混ぜて食べ、綺麗に完食。大変美味しい。スパイス独特の臭みも少なく、中辛を注文したがそれほど辛くはなかった。脂っこくもなく、本当にお手本のような一皿。
インドカレー系のメニューの他にも、パニプリ・モモやチウラのメニューがある。ネパール人がインド料理を出す「インネパ店」というよりは、どちらかといえば本場のネパール料理を出す「ガチネパ店」に近いだろう。目につきにくい場所なのかもしれないが、もっと評価されて良いお店だと思う。
