このカマってなんですか？って聞いたら「スズキ」だそうで、ものすごく弾力のある肉質で薄味仕上げられていて、軽くお醤油付けて美味しく頂きました。
特筆すべきだったのは鰤照り焼きですかね！
この日の鰤照り焼きはすげぇ脂ノリノリで本気で美味しくて((((；ﾟДﾟ))))震えたです✨
相変わらず美味しくリーズナブルなもつ煮も最高です！
