出先で初めての亀戸クイックランチ、取り敢えずググッて中華屋さんへ歩き始めた途端、角に看板を発見、それに導かれて入店。最初ちょっと分かり難かったけど、看板って基本だね。
結果、取り敢えず、この辺りに来た時の押さえかなぁ。
オーダーは、サラダ丼のプレート。腸がどうやらと書いてあったが、オジさんには大した問題ではないしね。
待ってる間に聞こえるBGM、ナンバーがツボにハマってイイ感じ。明らかに若めのママ達やワンコ連れをターゲットと思える造りだが、オジさんオバさんの年代寄りだ。オーナーの年代かなぁ。
供されたプレート、沢山のお野菜が盛られて見えなかったが、食べ進むと赤飯の様な発芽玄米が登場。野菜は普通のモノばかりだから特に驚きはないが、ご飯は硬めで好みだし、よく噛んでいただくと美味しい。
同じく野菜の下に隠れてた、甘塩っぱい味付けのベジカツスティック、何で出来てるのか分からず仕舞い。でも、ご飯のアテには合ってます。
ちなみにお味噌汁も、アオサが入ってたりと、美味しい一品。
ご馳走さまでした。このお値段、恐らく素材にも拘っているのだろうけど、地元のお客さんをどこまで惹きつけられるか、でしょうか。セットでコーヒーくらい付けたいですね、別では無く。
