2017年5月 東京平井 良いね(地元贔屓)
先日オープンした焼鳥居酒屋「絶好鳥」さんに、お邪魔しました。
ゆりのき橋通りと蔵前橋通りの交差点。
駅からちょっと歩きますが、開店したばかりだからでしょうか、満員御礼！大盛況！
注文は、食べログの事前調べで″激安¥50/本(税別、以下同じ)″の焼鳥が売り！と考え、焼鳥中心にしました。
ドリンクには、″クエン酸サワー″「おつかれさん¥390」を。
料理には、焼鳥「ねぎま、レバー、はつ、砂肝、ささみ柚子胡椒 各@¥50/本」。
串焼き「豚かしら、豚バラ 各@¥90/本」を頼みます。
満席なので、少々時間がかかるようです。
「お通しキャベツ¥300」でチビリチビリ飲み始め、「お通しキャベツ」のお代わりを頼みました。
「お通しキャベツ」が味噌を除き、無料でお代わりできるのは、エセ糖質制限ダイエット中の私にはとても嬉しい！
ところが、
『キャベツと焼鳥は一緒盛りで出しましょうか？』との返事。
うなずいた私もダメですが、こんな盛り付けは絶対ダメですね。全く美味しそうじゃない。
激混みで手が回らなくても、自分の料理を軽んじるようで、大きな疑問！
¥50/本の焼鳥、¥90/本の豚串焼き。
激ウマじゃないですが、価格を考えると文句なし。ちょっと小さめだけど、安くあげるには、十二分なお味。
サワーはちょい薄いかな、激安じゃないだけに残念。
この混雑が落ち着くまでは、特にサービス面が厳しいかな〜。
再訪はしばらく後ですね、がんばれ！
なお、オススメ度は以下により贔屓目に見てますこと、悪しからず。
◯ありがたい地元の新店であること、
◯焼鳥中心なら、それなりに安いこと、
そして、
◯女性の店員さんがテキパキと働きモノで、接客姿勢も良く、何よりかわいいこと(特にボーイッシュな娘！)。
