亀戸駅近辺、ビルの7階に構える人気南インド料理店。
土曜のランチはスペシャルなミールスが食べられるとの事で訪問しました。
ドリンクはタマリンドソーダ（だっけ？）
・食欲を満たすミールス
見た目から盛りだくさん！魅力的なおかずたちです。
中心はバスマティライスとパパド（豆の煎餅）。
ラッサム（にんにくと黒胡椒のスープカレー）
サンバル（タマリンドの酸味が効いた野菜カレー）
ハロウィンかぼちゃのクートゥ（豆煮込み）
にんじんとじゃがいものココナッツマサラ
ポークロースト（豚肉とココナッツのスパイス煮込み）
バナナの葉の上には、下記が乗ってます。
バジ（インドの天ぷら、パニール詰めししとう、さつまいも）
ビーツのポリヤル（スパイス炒め）
玉ねぎのアチャール（つけもの）
ゆずピクルス
それぞれのカレーを単品でいただき味わいを楽しんでから、それぞれのカレーをミックスさせて組み合わせを楽しみます。パパドは砕いてご飯に振りかける。一食で味わいを多彩に変化させるのがミールスの醍醐味！楽しい美味しい！
味わいはどれもスッキリしておりスパイスの香りが爽やか。盛りだくさんなのに胃に負担が来ないのは素晴らしい！今まで食べたミールスの中でもトップクラスの完成度です。とにかくバランスがいい。
デザートに世界一甘いというグラブジャムンを追加。ドーナツのシロップ漬けです。コーヒーも追加し苦味で中和しつつ美味しく完食。
お会計は一人当たり2800円程。デザートやドリンク、食後の良いコーヒーを加えたので少しお高めになりましたが、カレーだけのランチなら1500円程度になるはずです。
