土曜の午前9時半頃に伺いました。
入店時はお客さん誰もいなかったのですが、すぐに3人くらい次々と入店してきました。
こじんまりした店内で、レジはお一人で担当されているため、ちょっと待ちます。
でもレジ奥の調理スペースが壁とかガラスなどで仕切られてなくてそのままダイレクトに見えるので、私はそれを見ながら並ぶのがとても好きなひとときです。
基本的には1ついくら、という普通の値段の付け方ですが、パンの種類によってはgあたりの単価で売られているのもなんだかいいな、と思いました。
バゲットは大好きなのでバリット系
中の気泡は大きめでしっとりしています。
大好物のパムプリーのバターをサンドしていただきました！
