居酒屋福こぼしの後に出来た中華屋。
売りは１９種類ある手作り餃子。
５個入りで４８０～６８０円税込。
種類があるので全部冷凍で揃えてあるのかなぁ～と思いきや、注文が入ってから皮を伸ばし具を作っています。
まずは生ビール３８０円と前菜として牛すね肉醤油漬け３８０円を。
餃子は迷いますね。
全ての餃子において焼き餃子にするか水餃子にするか選べる。
今回は
●レンコンと豚肉餃子 ５８０円
●海鮮餃子 ６５０円
水餃子でお願いしました。
レンコンと豚肉餃子の具はレンコンと豚肉そのまんま。
つまりここの餃子は名前の通りその具しか入ってません。ベースのキャベツとか無いんです。
海鮮餃子もカッコしてカキ・アサリ・エビ・イカ・ニラと書いてある。
細かく叩いたこれらの具材が渾然となってとても美味しい。
大きさは結構デカイ。
一口で行けるんですが口の中がいっぱいになります。
ホールも厨房も中国人です。
なんか本格派のような気がしますね。
