砂町銀座商店街の中ほどにあるハンバーガーやパニーニのお店。
パニーニ専門店とのことですが店主はイタリア系なのかな、お惣菜なども。
店頭で売っていたのが、「ポルケッタ アラ ロマーナ(¥900)」。
ハーブとスパイスと野菜をローストポークに詰めた料理とのこと。
マッシュポテトにデミグラスソースがたっぷりですごく美味しそうで買ってみることに。
2分ほどレンジで温めて食べてね、とのこと。
揺らすとソースが混ざってせっかくの見た目が残念なことになるので要注意。
ローストポークは紐で巻かれたバラ肉を低温料理されたものですごくやわらか。
スパイス感は控えめでいて肉の臭みはしっかり消されていて食べやすい。
巻かれていた野菜はほぼ人参でデミグラスはコクのあるあっさり目。
マッシュポテトはサワークリームでも入っているのかな、ちょっと酸味が。
いい意味で日本っぽくない味わいで異国感が楽しめました。
ワインと一緒に合わせたい、おしゃれでしっかりしたおかずでした。
