✳︎天ぷら 天寅@亀戸
通し営業ですが15時以後はワンドリンクのディナータイムとなっていました。
まずはキウイとベリーのスパークリングドリンクで乾杯！フルーツたっぷりなのが嬉しいですね！！
野沢菜漬天★
つまみとして注文。一皿のボリュームもありました。想像していたのとは違い、野沢菜の漬け物の茎の部分がからりと揚げられていました。アツアツで面白い食感！
味噌だれ鶏天丼★
鶏天、うずら、なす、蓮根、舞茸、ししとう
が乗っており、自分で味噌だれやラー油をかけていただきます。
鶏天は大きいのが3枚！柔らかくてサクサクです。ほかまいたけは甘味が強くて美味しい！
衣がサクッと軽くてボリュームたっぷりでした♪
けれどやっぱり天丼はタレが一番いいですね。
