藤崎さんの前を通ると行列が無かったので急遽お邪魔してみました
中に入ると３名待っていたので、とりあえず外で待つこととしました
５分もしないうちに、中が空いたので、中に入り、食券を購入、ベンチで待つと、テーブルセットが終わり席に、5分ほどでラーメンが、スープは鶏ガラ豚骨で透き通った上品なスープ、魚介はあまり感じず旨味をたたえている
麺は細麺、ツルッとした麺、少々茹ですぎの感もあるが啜るとスープの持ち上げがスゴイ、持ち上げに振った麺、チャーシューは低温処理した薄いが柔らかく大きい、バランスよく食べるのに違和感がない
スープと麺のバランスを壊さない具完成度が高い、さすが行列店である
