ザ・下町の鰻屋さんです。2週間ほど前、お邪魔したら、売り切れで入店できず、リベンジの訪問です。月曜日の18時に到着。それでもうちらで満席になりました。まずは肝焼きを注文。甘辛のタレです。もう少し熱々だと嬉しいですが、まあ、これはあくまでツマミなので、許容範囲。本題の上鰻重は、比較的脂の乗った鰻でタレも甘すぎずいい感じです。丼もので、意外と大切なのは、ご飯の炊き方で、こちらはほんの少しだけ硬めのごはんで、私にとってのベストな加減。土用の丑の日までは、混むだろうから、また来月かなー。なお7、8月は予約不可のようです。ご馳走様でした。
