久し振りの訪問になりました～♪
シャンティ オ フレーズ
美味しくなりましたとのPOPが付いたので、気になり購入。
苺のショートケーキです。
すでに以前の味わいは忘れているに等しいですが、生クリームが美味しいですね♪
スポンジもふんわりで全体的に軽い印象。
メープル＆マカダミア
立体的に飾られた素敵なケーキ。
香りの高いマカダミアとまったりとしたホワイトチョコムースを
合わせており、メープルの風味が良いですね。
アムールフランボワジエ
イイムラさんのスペシャリテ。
上にはピンクのマカロン。
ケーキはラズベリームース、ジュレと生地が綺麗な層になっています。
甘酸っぱく美味しいケーキですね♪
