焼肉が食べたいということになり、肉のすずきは3か月待ちなので、先日ランチが美味しかったすみ屋さんに予約を入れると当日なのにすんなり予約が取れました。
予約時間に訪問するとこぎれいな店内。

セロリのキムチ
初めていただきましたが、キムチだれとセロリがマッチして美味しい。セロリ好きには絶対おすすめの一品です。キムチだれもこくと甘さがよく辛さも私達の好み(普通の人にとっては結構辛いです)ビールに合いすぎて、エビスビールが一本空きます。
野菜スープ
醤油ベースのスープ。野菜がたっぷり入っていて身体に優しいスープ。焼肉を食べる時に野菜スープを最初に食べることは、健康的と勝手に信じています。
特選厚切りタン塩
厚切りのタンに塩だれがかかり、包丁で細かく切込が入れてあり、柔らかに調理されています。
厚切りのタンは、切込が入っていない方が多少硬くはなりますが、タンの肉汁が閉じ込められるので好みですが、これはこれで美味しくいただきました
すみ屋特選盛り
サーロイン、ザブトン、とも三角、三角バラ、ランプ、マキの盛り合わせ。塩で出てくると勝手に思い込んでいるとタレで出てきました。塩でと指定しなかったことを反省しつついただきます。
まずは赤身のランプから始めます。柔らかく美味しいランプ。健康的な赤身肉です。
でも一番好きな部位はザブトン。脂が肉と一体となった細かくサシが入っており、片面を焦がし片面をサッと焼くと、ザブトンのジューシーさと焼き目の香ばしさとが口の中で溢れ、これぞ焼肉の醍醐味です。サーロインはもちろん美味しいのですが、ザブトン最高！赤ワインがどんどん進みます。
カルビ
追加でカルビ2皿をお願いしました。今度は塩を指定して。塩は塩だれがかかっています。
良い焼肉屋さんは、並のカルビが旨いと言いますが、このカルビは充分旨い！わざわざ特選を頼まなくてもこれだけで満足できる旨さです。
海鮮ちじみ
辛いものが好きなので海鮮ちぢみに青唐を追加で入れてもらいました。チヂミは表面が見事に焼き上げられており、パリっとした表面と中はもちっとしています。結構お腹いっぱいなのに追加したものですけど美味しい。しかし、青唐が辛い！辛いものが大好き夫婦ですが、これは辛い。青唐の爽やかな香りと食感のいい美味しいちぢみですが、辛い。おかげでお腹がいっぱいでも完食することができました。
お店は若い女性がホール係ですが、非常に感じの良いサービスで気持ち良く食事ができました。
