モチモチの刀削麺！
浅草通りをぶら～り。
先ほどテレビで放映されたせいで、
いつもはすんなり入れる、塩パン屋や、
ハンバーグ屋、いもきん屋は
長蛇の列で入れません。
今日は外のメニューが気になっていたこちらへ。
刀削麺がうりのようですが、中華メニューは
何でもありの、すごい種類です。
今日のオーダーは、「麻辣刀削麺 840円」。
100円で半チャーハンもつけられますが、
今日はやめておきます。
まずは山盛りのワカメが目立ちますが、
その下にはもやしの山でした。
まずはスープ、麻辣担々麺の味付けで、
辛さと痺れが心地よい。
ワカメの上の山椒を溶かすと、
一気に痺れマックスになります。
コクもあり、ものすごく旨いです。
よく混ぜてから食べると、更に辛くなりますので
辛いのが苦手な方は危険。私にはちょうどいい。
麺はモチモチで、さすが刀削麺という感じ。
意外だったのは、チャーシューがかなり旨い！
これならチャーシュー麺も間違いないと思う。
中華屋が多いエリアですが、なかなか良いお店に
出会えて良かったです。

It's been two years since I visited this store. knife-cut noodle are famous, but today I'm in the mood for rice. The order is ``Green Pepper Meat Thread'' for 850 yen. When it was served, I was surprised at the volume, which may have been enough for two people. The soup is thick and delicious with eggs, tomatoes, and cabbage. Contrary to its color, green pepper meat is very light and refreshing. I was hungry today, so it was just the right amount. Thank you for the meal.
