階段を上がるを真っ先に見えるのがこのお店。何か食べたいと思ったときにまずは目に入る最高立地である。
14時半まで営業のランチには担担刀削麺。
甘みのある優しい辛味に、白ごまペーストコクと酸味を効かせて、辛すぎず、しょっぱすぎず、後味も重みのないかなりすっきりとした味わいだ。
この太重の麺が汁を吸ってもくたっとならず、汁を吸い込み後半になればなるほど、味わいをますのが刀削麺の魅力。
